Establishment
FPAM formally constituted under the democratic transition government. Mandate to document and manage all federal public buildings officially issued.
2004
National Inventory Launch
First comprehensive national audit of federal buildings conducted. Over 800 assets catalogued across 20 states in the initial phase.
2012
Full National Coverage
Expanded to all 36 states and FCT. Digital database introduced. All 31 MDAs fully enrolled in the asset tracking system.
2025
Digital Transformation
Launch of the public-facing FPAM Asset Portal. Real-time inventory access, 2,764+ assets documented with ongoing condition assessments.
